The first-born of the Bystronic – Synerglass-Soft collaboration has already been installed at Sprimoglass: the First Sort SC.  

The Belgian company Sprimoglass with more than 15.000 m² of glass processed per day in its recently increased facility of 22.000 m² in Sprimont (Belgium), is a major player in the glass industry.  

 

The company already had an automatic sorting equipment First Sort of the type HS conceived by Bystronic Glass.

 

Always looking to better its profitability, Sprimoglass is now equipped with a complete and fully automatic production line, from the glass sheet storage to the finished insulating glazing, which integrates an ultramodern sorting unit, the First Sort SC.

 

This high-tech installation, based on an innovative concept and developed by the Bystronic Glass company, works in a completely automatic way and is run by the intelligence of the data-processing management, organization and production solution of Synerglass-Soft.

Precise projections showed the importance of the benefits of this installation on several levels: operation flexibility, minimization of scratches, reduction of breakages... ans also sinking of the labour costs since the installation requires only three operators for a production output which can reach 100 insulated units per hour.
