On November 13, 2006, the adventure as a developer at Synerglass-Soft began for Sébastien.
Today, thanks to his experience, he also assumes the role of incident manager. In this role, he trains, coaches and mentors new developers who join the team and does not hesitate to share his knowledge with his colleagues.
15 years later, Sébastien confides that he is proud to be part of an industry in constant evolution. Many colleagues have become his friends and the friendly atmosphere has not aged a bit.
