Online reoptimisation of broken glass
SynerOpti handles two cases of broken glass:
- Glass broken on the cutting table: When the cutter breaks a glass on a table, he can reproduce this glass directly on one of the subsequent plates. This will prevent any delay at the production level. The declaration of broken glass and the reoptimisation is done very intuitively to facilitate the operator's work.
- Glass broken on the production line: In this case, a person is appointed to restart the glasses at the production upstream stage.
Here too, everything is automated: the cutter working on the cutting table will receive a message warning him of the need to reproduce defective glasses.
