UX/UI Designer Senior

Synerglass-soft is looking for a senior freelance UX/UI Application Designer to strengthen its teams in Madagascar.

Responsibilities

Your future tasks

  • Take the functional specifications from business analysts as input and transform them into high-quality interactive mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Designing interfaces adapted to complex business applications (web or native): dense forms, dashboards, multi-step workflows, navigation between modules
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system to maintain visual consistency and the industrialization of components across products
  • Detect inconsistencies or interaction dead ends in functional specifications and escalate them before they reach development.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure the fidelity and feasibility of the implementation
  • Document the outputs with the level of detail expected of a senior profile: nothing should require interpretation from the developers.

Tools

  • Jira: backlog, sprints, tickets, reporting
  • Confluence: documentation, specifications, decisions, meeting minutes

Profile

Experience and skills

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in application interface design.
  • You have significant experience with information-intensive business products such as: ERP, Back-office, management tools, industrial applications,…
  • You are a freelancer
  • You are autonomous in managing deliverables, you communicate effectively and proactively on projects. You are capable of managing multiple projects.
  • You can provide us with a portfolio demonstrating your mastery of visual detail and interaction consistency across complex applications.

Languages

  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian or German is an advantage.

General skills required

  • You have an advanced mastery of Figma
  • You are proficient in the principles of interface accessibility (contrast, readability, visual hierarchy, etc.)
  • You have a good understanding of front-end integration constraints – You know how to anticipate potential questions from developers
  • Knowledge of non-standard environments (desktop applications, proprietary frameworks) is a real asset
