Welcome Peter Dixen: A new chapter of growth at Synerglass-Soft
Big things are happening at Synerglass Soft, and we’re thrilled to share one of the most exciting updates of the year. We’d like to welcome
Manage your production in line with the realities of your workshop.
The Production Planning module enables you to organise, adjust, and control your production while taking into account your resources, constraints, and customer commitments. With planning tailored to your level of organisation, you can build a reliable, optimised schedule that is directly usable in the workshop.
Choose the level of planning that matches your way of working, from simple management to detailed planning by operations, machines, and teams.
Plan tasks in practical terms by defining who works, on which machine, and at what time.
Define production capacities and visualise your workshop workload to avoid overloads and balance your schedule.
Calculate reliable production and delivery dates based on your workshop’s actual workload and existing plans.
Easily adjust your schedule based on urgent requests, delays, or unexpected events to maintain smooth production.
The module offers several planning levels to adapt to your operations and the complexity of your production.
You can:
schedule production dates for your orders in a simple way
organise your production by groups (bottlenecks such as double glazing, large glass panels, templates, etc.)
or go as far as detailed planning, breaking down each order into operations with assigned machines, teams, and production time
You can start simply and move towards greater precision and automation if needed.
Each order is organised into production stages (edging, toughening, assembly, etc.).
For each stage, you define:
the machine
the team
the production time
The system helps you assign resources according to availability and workload.
You get a clear schedule that is directly usable in the workshop.
You can precisely define your workshop’s capacities according to different approaches, depending on your organisation:
in production time (e.g. 6.5 hours available per machine per day)
in production volume (e.g. 400 m² of glass, 1,000 pieces, or 1,500 linear metres per day)
The system automatically compares planned workload with available capacity and alerts you if limits are exceeded.
You avoid overloads and maintain a balanced production flow.
Let’s take the time to discuss your business and your challenges.
We can identify opportunities for improvement together and determine how our software solutions can support you.
Production and delivery dates are calculated according to your actual schedule.
The system takes into account:
the operations to be carried out
estimated production times
workload already planned
available capacity
You rely on concrete data to provide reliable lead times and avoid delays.
Easily adjust your schedule:
move a production task
change a machine or a team
adjust an operation
You remain responsive and stay in control, even in the event of the unexpected.

The planning module helps structure production by grouping orders based on their characteristics, such as the raw materials used. This organization facilitates batch preparation and ensures a smooth production flow, even with increasing order volumes.
Planning takes into account technical constraints related to machines, operations and glass products. This makes it possible to build a realistic schedule that respects production capacities and limits inconsistencies within the workshop.
Yes. The system can operate in manual, semi-automated or fully automated mode. Managers can choose the level of software assistance according to their organization while maintaining control over planning decisions.
The module provides visibility into the workload of different machines and production lines. Managers can anticipate peak periods and distribute orders more evenly.
Efficient planning reduces raw material costs, balances machine workloads and shortens lead times. The workshop gains in efficiency and can produce more while maintaining controlled operations.
