At Synerglass-Soft, we’re entering an exciting new chapter in our history. After several years as part of SprimoGroup, we’re now moving forward as an independent company.
It’s an important milestone for us, and one we wanted to share with you, as it opens up new opportunities to develop our solutions and further strengthen the support we provide to glass processing professionals.
The goal behind this new chapter is simple: to give ourselves greater freedom and the resources to take our business further.
More specifically, we aim to:
With a shareholder base now fully focused on Synerglass-Soft and its future, we benefit from a governance structure that is closely aligned with our vision and ambitions. This means more streamlined decision-making, greater flexibility and a stronger focus on our strategic priorities.
It puts us in an excellent position to move projects forward faster, invest in new opportunities and bring our ambitions for growth and innovation to life.
While our ownership structure is evolving, we’re building on strong, established relationships.
NOMAINVEST SA and Wallonie Entreprendre SA, both longstanding shareholders, remain on board. Their continued support reflects the confidence they have in our business and its future.
We’re also welcoming two new shareholders: our CEO, Jean-François Geys, and our CRO, Peter Dixen.
Both have chosen to invest personally in Synerglass-Soft, demonstrating their confidence in the company and their commitment to its long-term success. Their involvement goes beyond leading the business: they’re actively investing in its future.
Together, they share a clear vision for the years ahead, with innovation and emerging technologies playing a central role. Artificial intelligence is already a key part of this approach, both in the way we work internally and in the software solutions we develop for our customers.
