2025 in a few moments: a year that shaped our identity

Summary

Key takeaways

Some years pass quietly.
Others bring about change.

The year 2025 was the second.

It was a year of decisions, launches, conversations, experiments, and celebrations. A year where innovation met execution and where growth was not only measured in numbers, but also in trust, capability, and connection.

Here is a look back at the moments that defined our year 2025.

THE MOMENT WE REIMAGINED OUR CORE BUSINESS

This year, we didn’t just improve our ERP software, we redefined it.

The transition from Synerglass Generation V4 to Generation Symbiose marked a turning point in the evolution of our technology. Generation Symbiose introduced a more unified, scalable, and future-ready foundation, designed to adapt to the growth of our clients and the industry.

It was a bold step forward and one of our greatest achievements of the year.

THE MOMENT WHEN SIMPLICITY MEETS PERFORMANCE

The year 2025 also marked the launch of Synerstock, our mobile application for inventory management.

With Synerstock, inventory data moved out of spreadsheets and desktop computers and into the hands of users, in real time. The application was designed to simplify operations, improve visibility, and enable faster decision-making on the go.

This release has expanded our ecosystem and reinforced a simple belief:
powerful tools should also be easy to use.

THE MOMENT WHEN AI BECAME REAL, NOT THEORETICAL

Artificial intelligence stopped being a concept and began to become part of our products.

Through targeted investments in R&D, we laid the foundations for AI-driven capabilities such as:

  • Intelligent chatbots

  • Task assistance

  • Predictive maintenance

These initiatives are shaping how our solutions think, respond, and assist users proactively. While this is only the beginning, 2025 was the year we laid the groundwork for a smarter and more autonomous system.

THE MOMENT WE STEPPED FURTHER ONTO THE GLOBAL STAGE

EXPANDING OUR INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE

In 2025, we took concrete steps to strengthen our presence on the international stage. By participating in major international trade shows such as GlassBuild America, as well as international trade missions, we increased our visibility beyond borders and deepened our understanding of global market dynamics.

These missions and trade shows provided valuable opportunities to explore new markets, connect with international stakeholders, and strengthen our position within the global glass ecosystem. Together, they marked an important milestone in our international development strategy.

A STRONG AND ACTIVE VOICE IN THE GLASS INDUSTRY

Beyond our international outreach, the year 2025 was also marked by strong engagement within the glass industry itself. We were particularly active as speakers and contributors at key industry events, sharing our expertise and insights alongside leading players in the sector.

We notably spoke at the three regional UDTVP meetings and the Devglass Club meeting, where we participated in high-level discussions on industry challenges, innovation, and future directions. These engagements allowed us to strengthen relationships with associations, processors, glaziers, and equipment manufacturers, while staying closely connected to the realities and evolution of the industry we serve.

THE MOMENT WE STRENGTHENED OUR FOUNDATIONS

As part of the ongoing implementation of our strategy, and particularly our “scalable growth” pillar, we took decisive steps to strengthen our organization. Over the past months, we evolved our internal structure, clarified roles, and reinforced processes across all departments to ensure that our growth is both sustainable and well managed.

A new technology department has been established to consolidate our technical expertise, enhance the platform’s robustness, and promote faster integrations and long-term scalability.
At the same time, our product department has undergone a significant transformation, with the introduction of common standards and structured work methods. These include functional analysis, business case validation, sprint-based delivery, and a clearer breakdown of features into actionable tickets. This approach has enabled better alignment, prioritization, and visibility of the roadmap.
Our support team has also evolved, placing greater emphasis on efficiency, responsiveness, and close collaboration with the product and technology teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

All of these changes reflect a deliberate effort to build a resilient organization capable of supporting both innovation and scale.

Symbiose: From software to an open platform

At the same time, Symbiose continued its evolution, going beyond the limits of a traditional software solution to become a more open and connected platform.

This transformation is based on a platform-oriented vision, built on connectivity, APIs and ecosystem integration. Symbiose now integrates seamlessly with a growing catalogue of external applications, including Salesforce, SAGE, GlassAdvisor, among others. In addition, a well-structured and documented API catalogue allows clients and partners to easily connect Symbiose to their own tools and systems.

By embracing openness, Symbiose strengthens its ability to adapt to various operational environments and positions itself as a central element of our clients’ digital ecosystems.

Strong adoption and an engaged client community

The evolution of Symbiose has been accompanied by strong client adoption, with a significant portion of our client base now operating on the platform.

Most of these clients have joined the Early Adopter program, and many are also members of the SynerClub. These statuses offer tangible benefits, including privileged access to new features, participation in event reflection sessions, and active involvement in shaping the future of the software. This collaborative approach allows us to continuously refine Symbiose based on real usage and client expectations.

THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER

No year is truly complete without the moments that brought us closer together as a team.

Whether it was outings, team-building experiences, shared dinners, spontaneous laughter or unforgettable karaoke sessions, 2025 reminded us that culture is not a secondary element, but the foundation of everything we build.

These moments allowed us to connect beyond roles and responsibilities, better understand each other, and strengthen the trust that fuels strong collaboration. They helped us recharge, celebrate our diversity, and rediscover the energy that drives us forward, even in challenging times.

Together, we created memories that will stay with us long beyond the year itself — moments that reinforced a powerful truth: beyond projects and results, we are building something meaningful, human and lasting — together.

OUR SUCCESSES, CLEARLY DEFINED

Looking back, the results achieved in 2025 are both tangible and validated:

  • A Transformed Core Platform
We have successfully strengthened and modernized our foundation, improving scalability, reliability, and long-term performance. This transformation laid the groundwork for everything that followed.

  • A New Mobile Product on the Market
We have released and launched a mobile product that has expanded our reach, improved user accessibility, and opened up new use cases for our customers.

  • Significant progress in AI integration
AI has moved from exploration to actual implementation, with concrete use cases integrated into our product vision and roadmap, enabling us to accelerate innovation.

  • Enhancing Global Visibility and Partnerships
Our presence beyond local markets has expanded, enabling us to build credibility, establish new strategic partnerships, and gain increasing recognition within our ecosystem.

  • Laying the foundations for sustainable growth
To support our “scalable growth” pillar, we strengthened our organization, evolved Symbiose into a more open and connected platform, and accelerated client adoption. With strengthened technology, product and support teams, a platform vision based on integrations and APIs, and an engaged community of early users and SynerClub members, we laid solid foundations to scale while remaining closely aligned with our clients’ needs.

A PROMISING START FOR 2026

We have already started 2026 with strong momentum. Among the first highlights of the year, we are proud to share our nomination for the Gazelles, which recognizes our growth trajectory and our dynamism in the market.

In addition, our entry into two major glass industry associations in Germany and Italy marks an important milestone in strengthening our European footprint and deepening our engagement within the glass ecosystem.

These achievements highlight the relevance of the strategic choices we have made and reinforce our confidence in the path ahead.

2025 helped shape who we are today.
It challenged us, pushed us to our limits, and ultimately enabled us to move forward.

As we move into the future, we do so with stronger technology, closer ties to the industry, and a team ready to take on the next step.

That’s what our year 2025 was like.
